2nd Floor
This level, with total floor space of 350 square meters, can accommodate up to 200 persons. It is open toward the empty space above the lobby and auditorium below. Together with its high ceiling and completely glazed outer wall, this creates a bright, open ambience.
The 2nd floor can also be divided into two enclosed rooms with 131 square meters of space each. Each of them can be flexibly furnished and is suitable for between 20 and 90 persons, depending on seating. They are separated by glass partitions attached to the ceiling, so they are surrounded on the outside and inside by glass. The two-pane partitions contain integrated blinds with adjustable blades that can be shut to keep out light or gain privacy. Each room is equipped with a large-screen projection system; transmission of images from the lobby is straightforward.
From the lobby on the ground floor, a floating escalator leads past the 1st floor straight to the 2nd floor. The lobby can be therefore also be integrated for large events, providing a host of possibilities. Also on the 2nd floor, the cylinder towers contain a futuristic meeting room for smaller groups.

3rd to 5th Floors
Each of these three floors can be divided into two, three or four rooms comprising 60, 71 or 131 square meters of floor space. Depending on how they are combined, furnished and equipped with seating, these rooms accommodate 12 to 90 persons. The outside walls and the interior partitions are made of glass, making the rooms very bright and open at all times; integrated adjustable blades also let them be opaqued if wished. These floors are connected to the lobby by escalators and four glass elevators.
On each level there are also two rooms inside the cylinder towers, each of which can be fitted with media systems as required.

11th Floor
The three executive meeting rooms on the 11th floor offer attendees a unique view combined with discreet privacy. Their capacity is for between 10 and 90 persons, and they can be flexibly configured as needed.
From the Panorama Room on the 11th floor, visitors can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Odenwald, Neckar Valley, Heidelberg Castle and city center.
Possibilities for use:
The three executive meeting rooms on the 11th floor offer attendees a unique view combined with discreet privacy. Their capacity is for between 10 and 90 persons, and they can be flexibly configured as needed.
From the Panorama Room on the 11th floor, visitors can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Odenwald, Neckar Valley, Heidelberg Castle and city center.

- Room 1: 65 square meters for up to 30 persons
- Room 2: 71 square meters for up to 40 persons
